Buy with Crypto

Scottish Bullion began accepting cryptocurrency as payment for precious metals in July 2021 in response to demand from our existing customer base. Scottish Bullion  has partnered with leading cryptocurrency payment platform Coinify to facilitate this service. All major cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC) will be accepted – please see below for a full list of cryptocurrencies that are accepted.

How does it work

Please contact a member of our trading team for a live price for any of the precious metals that we offer – gold, silver, platinum and palladium. A member of our trading team will send you a live quotation for your proposed order in a Euro (€). You will receive an invoice through Coinify, which will allow you to convert the required amount of cryptocurrency to cover the cost of the transaction and convert the cryptocurrency to Euro. This will show you the relevant cryptocurrency exchange rate and allow you to scan a QR code in order to send and complete the payment. After that, the payment will be processed and completed in just a few minutes.

This allows the transaction to be completed with a member of our team either in person or over the phone. Please note that (as with all transactions) live prices cannot be locked in until funds have been received by Scottish Bullion.

Please note that the cryptocurrency transaction / conversion is handled by our payment partners Coinify, and not Scottish Bullion. Any fees or transaction charges are handled by Coinify and not Scottish Bullion. Please contact a member of our trading team for further information.
